EFFECT OF MOLECULE SIZE WITHIN THE REMOVAL OF BUSINESS LEAD ONTO HAND SHELL ACTIVATED CARBON IN BATCH METHOD ADSORPTION

SUBJECTIVE

The potential of palm shell turned on carbon (PSAC) for removing lead ions from diluted aqueous option was looked at in this examine. Furthermore, the result of iodine number, compound size, chemisorption dosage and initial business lead ion attention which influences the adsorption process had been studied. PSAC with a great iodine range of > nine hundred and > 1000 were used. The significance of iodine number had not been great in comparison with other factors including initial lead ions attention, particle size, PSAC sum and ph level. The effect of particle size was researched by using PSAC particle size of 500 Ојm, 1 . zero mm and 1 . 5 mm. Removal efficiency increased when the molecule size lowered. Overall, PSAC with molecule size of 500 Ојm showed higher business lead uptake. There after, the effect of amount with the PSAC was studied with the help of 1 g of PSAC consecutively in to lead wastewater with different preliminary lead ions concentration. Increasing the PSAC improved the removing efficiency of lead ions....
